Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return in exchange for store credit policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to make a request.
To be eligible for a store credit return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, make a request via Contact Us. Please provide your details and reason of return. Each request will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (if not stated when purchasing) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
